Passes to be worn during set-up days only.

Exhibitors passes

Passes to be worn during the Congress.


They will bear the name of the Company only.

Exhibitors passes allow access to the Exhibition area only.

The passes must be collected by a representative of the Company (business card required) by the Registration Desk (dedicated counter) starting from June 22.

GOLD SPONSORS 100 passes

SILVER SPONSOR 80 passes

BRONZE SPONSOR 50 passes

EXHIBITORS 10 passes


Workshops passes

Passes for people attending Workshops only.


ISW passes allow entrance to the Workshop meeting room only.

Each company organising a workshop will be provided with 10 ISW passes per workshop.


The pass will show the Company name, ISW code, Day and time of the ISW for each ISW your company will organise. This means that if you are organising 2 workshops you will receive 10 passes for the first one and 10 passes for the other one and that you will have to wear the correct pass and change it according to the ISW you’ll be attending.


The passes must be collected by a representative of the Company (business card required) by the Registration Desk (dedicated counter) starting from June 22.


Visitors passes

Passes for visitors of the Exhibition.


Visitors passes allow access to the Exhibition area only.

A dedicated section of the web site will allow printing of the passes beforehand.
